And today's madness was going on a 40km bike ride (averaged 30.5km/h) ... when it's 35°C outside. I came back and promptly puddled for a while, but a cold shower and some ice-cream later and I'm feeling more human.

Still, I'm going to put all this riding around towards a good cause : the Melbourne Summer Cycle, a 40km fund-raising ride in aid of research into Multiple Sclerosis (on Sunday Feb 22nd). I have a sponsorship page - please drop by and make a donation or sponsor me !
