... and off to Sheffield we go, with a bit of luck. I've booked us a hire car, we're just about packed, and with luck I'll be all ready to fence tomorrow (in the British Championships). Our car is still not well, and on Monday will be getting towed from one garage (our local one, unfortunately lacking in the specialised gadgets to deal with our particular model of engine) to another. I also have to visit the doctor on Monday afternoon to update my vaccinations for China (it's been over 10 years since I had any boosters, definitely due). Work has been busy all week too, with early starts and mostly early finishes but busy times in between. Hopefully things will slow down next week so I can catch up on the backlog of e-mail and questions and stuff.
