Back to work today, and with a 7:30am start all this month too. It wasn't as hard getting going as I thought it would be, despite the foggy -2°C start to the day.

Meanwhile, the year outside of work will get off to a flying start. Fencing this weekend, in Edinburgh for the Scottish Open. On the 16th, rwrylsin and I fly out to Stockholm, then after a couple of nights there take the train up to Åre or thereabouts for a week of cross-country skiing. Whee !
On the 28th, a dinner/dance/ceilidh organised by my workplace, then down to London for the Slough Open on the 4th of Feb, and finally a free weekend on the 11th (probably !).

Finally, this morning was very cold and foggy, then when I went for a walk at lunch-time it cleared up and turned into a beautiful sunny day (still hovering around 0°, though) - would have had a bunch of nice shots from Glasgow Cathedral and surrounding area, but forgot to put the memory card back in my camera and ran out of internal memory - and then the fog came back and it's getting colder again now.
